Your Role and Responsibilities
Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. He or she is responsible in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions. Will work with the clients and team members to understand requirements and develop elegant solutions that meet those needs. Must have strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participation in requirement gathering phase to provide time estimation to client needs
- Lead in design reviews and SCRUM meetings
- Analyzing Technical development requirements
- Create and update the existing configuration documentation
- Lead and QA deploying solutions in test environment and working with the team to ensure quality
- Implement best practices in coding and design as per ServiceNow standards and community guidelines
- Follow ITIL process to develop solutions
- Find opportunities to automate and enhance the end-user experience
- Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, Portal pages, UI Pages)
- Lead reporting and Dashboard set up
- Knows to configure flows and workflows
- Should have experience in Service Catalog development
- Writing code using Java Script, HTML, CSS and AJAX Jelly, REST APIs, web development technologies
- Lead and develop integrations with 3rd party tools or ServiceNow to ServiceNow integration with Scripted and OOB REST API and SOAP web Services
- Technical solutions validation before deployment
- Train and provide knowledge transfers to new members of the team
- Support Go live and hyper care phases
- Does Technical Assessment of new plugins installation and configuration to setup business process

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 3 years' experience in ServiceNow (hands-on) Administration, Development, Management, Deployment
- Solution focused problem solver
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- A strong desire to learn new technology and passion for creating elegant solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum & Kanban or other iterative approaches to project delivery
- Knowledge of ITL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.)
- Knowledge of Java Scripting, HTML/ CSS and AJAX
- Troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tables, relationships, and metadata in ServiceNow. Working knowledge of relational databases concepts and structure
- Experienced with AWS, Azure, Google, and other cloud platform
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across other teams
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
- Solid understanding of MID server configuration, service mapping, and CMDB

- Serves as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform with demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement complex ServiceNow solutions
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Design, Develop, and Test solutions as per the business requirements on ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow implementation and development experience in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ITBM, SAM modules.
- Provide technical guidance to analyst/programmers
- Document code and operation procedures for ServiceNow platform
