The Role
As Systems Administrator, you will manage the VM, Storage and Backup Infrastructure of SB Finance. Ensure that all systems are available and optimal. Also, to think of ways to enhance the current technology and processes by proposing and implementing new technologies and trend in the IT industry.
How you'll contribute
Manage parameters set-up and configurations within SBF's core applications
Manage core application user privileges and access rights
Manage the definition and allocation of roles/groups policies within the core applications
Coordinate help desk requests and ensures compliance with service level agreements
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
Over 2-3 years of working experience as a systems/application manager for banking systems and applications
Experience with using IT service management tools (JIRA, SolarWinds, Ivanti, BMC, SysAid, etc.)
