Job Summary
You will be part of global team of Citrix Administrators, Engineers, and Architects. Team is Responsible for the maintenance and support of multiple server environments and virtual desktops hosted in our global data-centres as well as Public cloud, to enable FIS to provide a highly available enterprise quality service to our customers, working alongside Infrastructure and Operations teams based in EMEA, US and APAC regions.
What You Will Do:
Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service.
Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers.
Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.
Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.
What You Will Bring:
Amenability to work on shifting schedules (either morning or night shift)
Current setup is mostly work from home but must be amenable to report onsite if needed (currently once a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station)
Must Have Experiences:
In depth knowledge on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Extensive knowledge on Citrix App layering technology
Implementation and deployment knowledge on Citrix VDIu2019s
Working experience in implementing Citrix on Azure and AWS cloud
Citrix certification Associate (CCA-V)
Good troubleshooting skills and experienced in handling Global customers.
Strong attention to detail with a customer focus
24x7 support required with rotational shifts
A background in phone/email support is desirable.
Strong Citrix Xenapp product knowledge
Strong understanding on Citrix Architecture and its components
Basic understanding for Netscaler/VPX device configuration and Management
Fluent English speaking/writing
Analysis & Problem solving
Basic networking TCP/IP.
Nice To Have Experiences:
Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP
Working experience in Agile methodology
Past experience of working in a multi-shift operations environment
Past experience working for an organization from the financial services sector
Experience of multi-server distributed systems
Windows
ITIL Foundation Certified.
