JOB DESCRIPTION
 Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues, aswell as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance andsecurity Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when theyarise Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computersystem Providing technical support when requested Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfullywork within our computing systemQUALIFICATIONS
 Minimum of 1 year experience in systems administration and support in small tomedium size organizations Worked in an IT role or similar position Experience with computer repair or troubleshooting, and have a basic familiarity with awide range of common IT systems Previous experience in electronic identification and security solutions would be an
advantage
 Amenable to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
