The successful candidate will join a diverse team that performs User Access Management (UAM) and segregation of duties (SoD) governance for MOD Global. Candidates are expected to consistently display high achievement drive, be highly adaptable to changes on a daily basis and display high levels of resiliency. Your responsibilities include: Serves as Identity Access Management Business Contact who is accountable for the complete, accurate and timely execution of the Identity Access Management (IAM) control framework over all Market Operations information assets. First point of contact for any IAM-related queries including: MOD User Access Management (UAM) Plan Information assets onboarding to SailPoint IAM Reviews Issues and audits related to IAM Manage the segregation of duties alerts for MOD Global on a timely manner using SailPoint IIQ Coordinate any non-compliant access to affected businesses for review and risk acceptance. Summarize and report results of weekly/monthly access monitoring to MOD Leadership team. Be one of the key contacts between MOD and COG Technology Identity and Access Management in relation to in-scope applications. Assist MOD businesses in onboarding/offboarding applications to the User Access Management plan and Sailpoint IIQ Facilitate in the efficient access provisioning to MOD Global. Assist in building and maintaining detailed team procedures and process manuals. Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for existing processes To be successful in this role you will need to have: Microsoft Office experience especially advance knowledge in Excel to be used in data preparation and management Knowledge or experience with Identity Governance and provisioning solutions (e.g. Sailpoint Identity IQ, BMC Remedy) is preferred but not essential Knowledge or experience with Alteryx Designer is preferred but not essential Good English communication skills especially in communicating with stakeholders of different global teams Ability to work with a geographically distributed team Thrives in a team environment, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision Good problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail A strong risk mindset About the Corporate Operations Group The Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation.
