Deployment of new systems or updates at the QC Hall Main Office, Branches, and Satellite Offices.
Educating end users on IT technologies, applications, and best practices in order to increase their technical expertise and productivity
Implementing IT projects, updates, and system enhancements in tandem with the IT team to increase overall IT operations efficiency
Keeping abreast of emerging technological trends and developments in IT support, and consistently improving one's technical expertise
Finalizing and filling of Job Service Report
Support on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software project activities.
Logging of user reports and system enhancement
Updating of the Software troubleshooting Guide
Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in helpdesk or technical support (if any)
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS (Linux/Mac OS is a plus)
Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
