This position will be responsible for both technical and business tasks including managing customer expectations and satisfaction.
Handle pre-sales activities
Provide technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work
Execute product configuration, integration, and migration work
Prepare system test, module test and accept test
Identify and drive improvements
Execute test, Scripting & coding
Develop costing proposals for projects, perform risk analysis, and manage change control.
Provide business analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design for major projects.
Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and prepare business cases for projects.
Preferably graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with focus in SW development
Preferably with Post Graduate units earned in Business Administration and/or Engineering or any related field
Preferably with at least ten (10) years work experience as Product or Solutions Pre-Sales Manager or SW development, Web and/or mobile in a service oriented industry
With an above average planning, budgeting and forecasting, oral and communication skills; inter-personal; analytical; problem-solving; negotiating skills
With exceptional PR skills; strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Have either hands on or good understanding on spring framework and web services (SOAP, REST)
Knowledge and hands on experience in at least one of the following is a must: C++, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET
Experience in development of medium or large scale .NET projects using WPF, WCF, Entity Framework, MySQL, Visual Studio 2015 will be advantageous
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, JSP/Servlet, JDBC, SQL
Experience in development of medium or large scale J2EE projects using Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Oracle, MS SQL Server, JBuilder, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate, Spring will be advantageous
Ability to debug and develop algorithm/logics to provide application fixes independently
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Staffing / Recruiting 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
