JOB DESCRIPTION:
First Level Post-Sales Support
Assist in POC demo to clients
Perform the task assigned during project implementation
Responsible for client management (existing)
Document and monitor all raised issues and request
Maintain and update acquired products
POSITION SPECIFICATION and QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder;
With 1- 2 years' experience in IT Related;
Experience in IT Service and Network Administration (Certified in Solarwinds or any other network monitoring tools)
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
Proactive and must be a team player;
Excellent in communication and business writing skills;
Willing to do onsite support during a pandemic, weekends, or holidays
Preferably with experience in project implementation and post-sales support
