Purpose of the Job
The primary job function of this position is to ensure the operation and performance of the Global Network environment. This is achieved through the monitoring of network management systems for trends and alerts, responding to ticket requests and incident notifications, and resolving issues within Service Level Agreements. This role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily operational tasks related to network devices
Provide Tier 2 escalation support and resolution for complex networking issues
Participate in and coordinate projects
Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations
Skills and Experience Required:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other IT-related courses.
3 - 5 years of experience with layer-2 and layer-3 network protocols and technologies, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS
Must have extensive knowledge in LAN and WAN infrastructure and design
Knowledge in Routing, Switching, Firewall, Vlan, and Wireless configuration
Networking Technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Security, IP Routing Protocols
Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools
Cisco Networking Technologies: Routing & Switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
Strong knowledge of overall network technology experience with a fundamental understanding of WAN, LAN, Wireless, IPT, and Optimization services
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-past working environment
Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
The candidate must be willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule
