Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting Apple endpoint devices
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software problems.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
Manage all the Apple IDs and Apple Accounts of corresponding departments. Keep all system credentials confidential. Credentials can only be shared with authorized employees.
Capable of limiting users access to certain websites and applications based on the policies set by the company.
