Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Server and Proxmox virtual environments.
Apply OS updates, security patches, and performance optimizations.
Monitor server resources and proactively address capacity issues.
Administer backup jobs and restoration tests using Veeam or Acronis.
Manage user accounts, file shares, and Group Policies.
Support SQL Server and application integrations as needed.
Document all system configurations and update DR plans.
Coordinate with Company's NOC for remote monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise systems or virtualization.
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and basic Linux.
Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Acronis) and Active Directory management.
Knowledge of Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
