Job Role and Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on supporting our Learning Management Systems (LMS), Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, API management, and Microsoft Domain and Active Directory management. Key responsibilities include:
LMS Administration and Support:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of our Learning Management System to support our training and development programs.
Collaborate with HR and training departments to ensure the LMS meets organizational needs and enhances learning experiences.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Integrations:
Implement and manage SSO integrations, particularly with OKTA, to ensure seamless access across our corporate applications and platforms.
Maintain high-security standards for access management and authentication processes.
API Management:
Develop, maintain, and optimize API integrations to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues.
Microsoft Domain and Active Directory Management:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Domain services and Active Directory environments, including user and group management, policy settings, and security configurations.
System Security and Data Protection:
Implement robust security measures to safeguard company data and IT systems.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry standards.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Provide advanced technical support to resolve system, network, and software issues.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
