We are looking for a System Administrator responsible for managing our company-owned IT assets including the issuance of new units, upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers
Responsibilities
Manage company-owned IT assets including issuance and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software as needed;
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats;
Create and document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data;
Maintain IT assets record and implement best practices on IT assets deployment;
Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support; and
Provide IT assistance and training to end-users.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience working in a related role
Has experience working with MacOS and LinuxOS
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT administration and system security.
Required Skills: Software troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, Network Infrastructure,
This position is temporarily on hybrid setup due to the pandemic (once a week or as needed onsite work)
