Assist Engineers in setup, inventory, regular maintenance and repair of development equipment (both Hardware and Software).

Lotus Notes ID management (create, certify, etc.)
Biometrics access management
Security camera, CCTV, alarm system management
ELID Proxy management (ID, controller box)
Telecon setup
Audiocon/Videocon setup
Workstation setup (installation, format, etc.)
Server setup/administration
VPN setup
Multimedia setup
Network connectivity requests (printers, ftp access, cabling, wireless, dsl, etc)
Troubleshooting (malware issues, system and network issues, etc)
RTP filing (vendor service, procurement, MIS supplies, etc)
Incident filing and reporting (ISMS violations, etc)
A graduate of any 4 or 5 year IT related course.
At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Preferably with experience in the following:
Windows Server 2008/2012
Linux
PABX system
Networking
Hardware and software troubleshooting
With Network certification (CCNA, Network+) is an advantage.
Experience in Domino Server & Zimbra Administration is an advantage.
