Description * Key Job Functions and Duties:
 Assist in application deployment, migration, and security updates to ensure minimal down time
for banking applications
 Deploy and maintain Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers and applications in an enterprise data
center environment. Audit Windows Server Environment. Thorough knowledge of Windows
server management tools.
 Thorough knowledge of Active Directory.
 Knowledge of virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V).
 Administer Windows Software Update Services (WSUS - OS Update Delivery Solution).
 Patch and Security Management - Deploy monthly OS patch and Critical patch on servers for
compliance using automated tools
 Experience with enterprise class server hardware. Support of backup software (MS DPM).
General skills:
 5+ years of experience with configuring and administering Windows Server and client
environments
 5+ years of experience with Windows Server 2008 or higher
 Experience with installing, administering, troubleshooting, and configuring Domain Name System
(DNS), Active Directory (AD), network infrastructure, and advanced network services
 Office Products/Office 365, Windows Server 2008R2, 2012 Active Directory, PowerShell,
SharePoint, SQL Server.
 Experience in performing security audits and protecting systems against attack
 Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, XML, SMTP, TLS/SSL.
 Working with Cloud-type technologies and companies such as AWS and Azure
 Knowledge of middleware is required
Desired Experience & Qualities
 Deep experience in systems admin in a Windows enterprise environment
 Perform security audits of internal systems where necessary to ensure compliance with corporate
security standards.
 Ability to perform forensic analysis on systems in case of any type of security breach
 Expert knowledge of networking, storage (EMC), security, virtualization (VMWare), clustering and
high availability concepts.
 Work effectively with team of System Administrators/Engineers to maintain uptime, consistency,
scalability and performance while meeting business needs.
 Work effectively with System Administrators/Engineers, DBA's, Programmers, Project Managers,
Business Representatives, Vendors and/or Analysts to complete tasks in timely manner.
 Solid understanding network technologies like switching, routing, DNS, VXLAN, SDN, etc.
Qualifications and Accreditations:
 Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification
 ITIL foundation certification
 CompTIA Server+
