Key Responsibilities:
Provides support to the sponsorship processes/deliverables and particularly YUP/YUV and ensure completeness and prompt delivery. · Provides support on the completion of Sponsorship 2.0 products, Sponsorship correspondences (IL, SL, TYL, GN, HOLDS and other queries) Collaborates with the Over-all SR Leaders and the Child Data Analyst to ensure quality and up-to-date RC record. · Observe child protection protocols during the entire engagement · Participate in team meetings for updating, managing concerns and planning processes · Initiate meetings, communication and mobilization of Community Volunteers, Child Monitors, Partners and stakeholders when needed. · Submits accomplishment and liquidation report including reflection and recommendation after the short-term engagement.
