You must be able to demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines and work within time restraints whilst delivering exceptional outcomes.
SUPPORT / CONCIERGE SPECIALIST
We are currently looking for a support/concierge resource to join our team developing our ground-breaking gym member management software package. Working remotely, this is a full time, business hours role, reporting directly to the FitBox Product Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical Skillset:
Experience providing Support to SaaS platforms
Experience testing changes to software products
Non-Technical Skillset:
Good communication skills
Good collaboration skills
Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
Willingness to learn different technologies as we are growing.
