The supplychain assistant will be working part-time, having the responsibility and duty of overseeing the in's and out's of the product. Ensurring the process is handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The position's responsibilies will be:
Handle logistics and administration processing through our accounting software
Shall handle the order processing for the company
Will manage invoice processing such as raising invoices and raaskal invoice checks
Will also manage and input new clients & price lists into Exact
Handle potential other ad hoc activities when needed
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent English skills
Must be proficient in using spreadsheets
Willing to work using Google Docs
Has minimal experience with accounting software
Must be proactive; ready to raise concerns if issues or questions arise
