Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: Plan for Beauty Products requirements of SEA and Emerging Markets, ensuring that orders are met On Time and In Full. - Assist Category Manager in monitoring and tracking team activities to meet service and inventory targets, as well as in managing improvement initiatives. - Act as Team Champion for Product Supportability and S&OP Process. Key responsibilities: In-charge of orientation and training of newly hired Supply Planning associates. Responsible for planning of Finished Goods to achieve excellent service while maintaining optimal inventory levels and cost objectives. Plan/Control Production Planning

Perform Capacity planning and generate feasible Production Plans for mid and long term including TPM where applicable. Closely coordinate with Materials Planner, Export Planner and Scheduler to ensure on-time materials availability, production schedule adherence and on-time finished goods distribution to meet customer requirements. Work in conjunction with market's Distribution, Demand Planning, and Marketing to support service and cost objectives for specific category. Identify items with capacity and materials constraint that needs to be escalated and highlighted in the Sales and Operation Plan (S&OP) meeting Act as lead planner for various supply planning functions (Product Supply Meeting / Consolidation, New Products Workstream, Status review, etc). Assist the Category Manager in Supply Planning operations We'd love you to have: Thorough background (minimum 2 years experience) in multi disciplined Supply Chain environment: Good understanding of supply chain dynamics and experience in areas of material planning & production planning. Graduate of any Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Supply Chain Management courses Good interpersonal and communication
skills must be able to interact with various functions and has good influencing skills to be able to get results in the team members even without involving direct authority. Requires good understanding of how supply chain works on a fast-phased, multinational, multi-cultural, high variety, low volume working environment. Involves processing demand and supply with high variability. Strong analytical background. Involves analyses of operational variables and the use of mathematical analyses as a guide in making sound decisions for APMI. With high degree of adaptability to change and provide key inputs to materials team to effectively devise solutions to adapt to changes.
