Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the inventory planning and forecasting for all channels
· Prepare the report and lead the meeting for the Corporate channel
· Prepare the report and support Apple & Microsoft inventory meetings
· Item master maintenance
· Update historical sales report
· Work with R&D and manage Supply Chain portion of Smartsheet
· In-charge of inventory reconciliation in all locations
· Prepare the report and do analysis for inventory adjustments
· Prepare the report and lead the Discontinued inventory meetings
· Train and mentor other Supply Chain team members
· Lead process improvement projects
· Other tasks assigned by managers
Requirements
Job Requirement:

· At least 5 years experience with Inventory Management, Planning and Supply Chain related functions
· Logical, analytical & critical thinking
· Can work in high pressure environment with high sense of responsibility
· Excellent Microsoft Office skill
· Good capability in effective communication and teamwork
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
