Join our dynamic team! Flood Control Asia RS Corp. is looking for a full-time Supply Chain Officer ready for long-term employment. This is an office-based job and the incumbent must be a resident of Pampanga, a nearby town, or willing to relocate.
The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for fulfilling supply chain tasks, ensuring that all procurements are done on a timely basis without compromising known Company standards including logistics and storage of materials.
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for following up on certain procurements remotely in different sites as needed and will work closely with all sectors to ensure that planned activities are implemented accordingly.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or any other related field.
At least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, international transport, distribution, warehousing, and storage operations .
Multi-national company experience in a fast-paced service environment.
Direct dealing with Clients, and Suppliers
Experience with the engineering and fabrication industry, or project-based business is desirable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to work under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills to work in the team - with a service-focused mentality.
Hands-on with day-to-day operations.
Analytical in identifying areas for improvements in accounting processes.

Tasks and Function:
Ensure that procurement is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Procure all necessary items for projects and offices.
Ensure that all materials purchased are of appropriate quality and price and are timely delivered.
Generate all required procurement documentation and maintain records and files in an impeccable manner.
Prepare payment requests and collect all needed documents to facilitate payment submission.
Provide all needed information and documents to finance as per Company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to make sure the payments are delivered to the suppliers.
Assist staff with raising purchase requests (PRs) and provide price estimations of goods requested when possible.
Conducting regular market surveys for commonly purchased goods and services.
Coordinate transportation of procured items for pick up and manufactured items for delivery.
