Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst who will constantly review and enhance master data; the analyst helps improve data quality, reducing errors and inconsistencies in the supply chain data. This leads to better decision-making, lower operational costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
Accurately updates supplier master data in the company's database systems while maintaining detailed documentation of all changes and updates.
Performs data validation and cleansing tasks to guarantee the integrity and reliability of supplier information.
Determines and publish impacts of changes to local and/or global data before changes are executed.
Leverages current and create reports to distribute regular updates to supplier master data, highlighting discrepancies, executed improvement, trends, and areas for future improvement.
Understanding of how to convert data into successful data visualizations.
Collaborates with our global cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and IT, to find root cause and resolve data-related issues and support data-driven decision-making.
Identifies, patriciates, and leads process enhancements to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of supplier master data.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Extensive problem-solving capabilities with an end-to-end process mindset.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
Proficient in using Excel, PowerBi, SQL, and SAP Business Objects, or similar data management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Has attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical mindset and passion for identifying variances and resolving issues.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes is a plus.
Technical skills: Data Analysis, Data Management tools, Data Visualization software experience, Data Modeling, Comprehension of data hierarchies/relationships
Behavioral skills: Collaborative team member, End to end mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
