Description
The desired candidate shall be, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
1. Hire, Train and Develop Supply Chain Personnel with mindset and work ethics that are aligned to company's core values.
2. Oversee the entire operation of Supply Chain Department.
3. Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure projects, services and materials are within standards and budget.
4. Act as Service Supplier to in house customers to attain required output.
5. Maintain necessary documentation and stock levels to ensure continuous operation of plants and equipment.
6. Propose and implement cost saving measures within and outside department handled.
7. Conducts regular visits of warehouse and other SCM facilities to address concerns and issues.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 10
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: No
