The Supply Chain Analyst will be dedicated to one of our clients - a Global Information Analytics business.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for forecasting all nursing and health profession book titles, and working on supply chain improvement projects with the global supply chain procurement team. You will work closely with domestic and international procurement teams to identify the best opportunities to drive down supply chain costs and increase operational efficiency. The Supply Chain Analyst role is the glue that helps connect inventory, change management and the overall supply chain.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and manage projects related to demand planning, inventory management, procurement, supply chain and operations
Identify needs, define and frame issues and develop detailed project plans, coordinate and manage projects to conclusion
Plan and prepare supply chain and operational analysis
Identify resources needed and task assignments made

Follow up, report on and coordinate projects
Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports
Communicate results of key measurement projects and recommend actions and provide guidance on supply chain and operational problems
Provide ongoing data analysis, plan development and appropriate communication as required, e.g., delays, demand realignment, definition and reporting of error and/or out of bounds conditions, or creation of ad hoc reports as business conditions necessitate
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics or Applied Statistics or Project Management
At least 1-year operations and/or inventory management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers and the general public
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume
Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems
Experience in project management and data analysis
Amenable to work remotely following US (8PM-5AM) shift
Has a stable 25mbps fiber internet connection
