Overview
We are currently in search of Supply Chain Analyst to support our Data Center Client to support our Data Center client in processing internal requests and end to end Supply Chain needs which covers Goods, Services, Subscriptions and Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Renewals
Reviews customer order requirements
Coordinates with vendors and makes sures that quotations are 100% accurate
Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and follow up as necessary to adhere SLAs and SLOs
Responsibilities
Track orders and provide order confirmations to internal customers
Monitors budget approvals and purchase orders
Track deliveries and follow through with suppliers if needed
Coordinates with Accounts Payables Team to ensure that invoices are processed accordingly, and vendors are paid within their payment teams
Helps with any purchase order related inquiries
Take actions to drive resolution
Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements
Communicates updates to stakeholders with the use of reporting tools like Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
