Position: Supplier Sourcing Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3am-11am EST (4pm-12am PHL)
Salary Range: 1000-1700 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

About the role:

As the Supplier Sourcing Specialist, you will identify suppliers that meet our requirements, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with logistics companies to arrange product shipments and to keep our sales team informed of their status.
Responsibilities:
Supplier Identification and Evaluation
Constant Negotiation
Source new ingredients that meet our requirements at the best total cost of ownership possible
Update quotes for common ingredients from known supplier sources on a regular basis to identify trends and provide updates to the sales team on market changes
Study sources for market intelligence on common ingredients and freight and generate market reports
Support coordination of domestic freight and identify the best quote option to meet delivery criteria
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent creative problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
Instinctive 3D thinking / general judgment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized/doesn't need to be babysat
The ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong comfort with math and numbers to leverage decision-making
Experience with sourcing is a plus
