You will work in Mondelēz International Business Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

What you need to know about this position:
Works on behalf of Procurement team to communicate with suppliers for new or revised specifications released by Research Development and Quality team (RDQ)
Check ION inbox for notifications of SARs to be sent to suppliers.
Download the Supplier Specification Report (global or regional depending on RDQ request) from the specification system (ION) and attach to the SAR item in the SAR sharepoint site.
Create SAR record in SAR sharepoint and maintain "Overall Status" Field as required in process
Stay on top of SAR requests and ensure suppliers are replying.
Initiate escalation process when suppliers do not respond to open SARs.
Monitor shared global mailbox for supplier responses.
Ensure that supplier responses are updated in the SAR sharepoint site within 72 hours of receipt.
Acknowledgement: Vendors will send their acknowledgement of the SAR. Attach all supplier documents to the SAR record for future reference.
Non-Acknowledgment: Vendors will review SAR and share their feedback. All documents and emails are uploaded on SAR Tool and it will automatically trigger emails to Specification Manager. Update Overall Status to trigger required workflow to Specification Manager and/or Procurement.
Perform housekeeping on SAR sharepoint site as needed.
Keep on top of outstanding SAR requests
Restart requests as prompted by Specification management group
Provide SAR data download and statistic reports as requested
