JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the motorpool section, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, available, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance personnel and support staff.
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
Oversee daily operations, including vehicle dispatch, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring vehicle availability. 
Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, reducing downtime and ensuring efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and service history.
Regular maintenance and repairs of vehicles, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks, are conducted on time.
Track and manage vehicle life cycles, ensuring timely replacement as needed.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to maintenance or scheduling.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to vehicle maintenance.
Prepare and submit regular reports on operational issues and cost control to the department head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Mechanical Engineering Graduate (Licensed)
With supervisor experience in maintenance
Demonstrated leadership skills, good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
Good in written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
