Job Description
Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations in a high-rise building, ensuring efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Supervise and manage maintenance staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure quality work and adherence to safety regulations.
Communicate with contractors, tenants, and management to address maintenance issues, schedule repairs, and ensure compliance with building standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of various maintenance systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
