Provide training and create work schedules
Evaluate the performance of workers
Oversee the day to day operations
Monitoring daily inventory, ordering and quality of the food and service rendered.
Lead by example, not by voice.
Must be willing to partake works of other staff to make things run faster so others will see the importance of urgency (Cashier, Dining, Kitchen)
Qualifications:
At least 1 yr experience in F&B industry
At least 2nd yr college
Male or female
Must have good communication skills
Good Leadership
