DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/She shall manage, oversee and control the operations of the entire areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations.
Responsible for the area maintenance and repair
Implementation of rules and regulations
Observes good customer service and manage customer complaints
Special Projects in Marketing
Delivers all updates, status, concerns, and coordinates requests with proper documentation
Check the cleanliness of store premises as well as instruments and machines needed in store operations
Report breakages and / or maintenance issues with carts / premises to Operations for proper action
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing Management
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in food park store operations or the equivalent
He/She must also be knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, and various functions in business operations and management.
