Shamrock Bakery and Restaurant Corporation is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage our restaurant and pension house operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the restaurant and pension house's daily operations.
 
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and pension house
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Hire, train, and supervise restaurant and pension house staff
Manage inventory and ordering supplies
Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Provide reports to management regarding daily operations
Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management
1-2 years of experience
Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
