Description
• Training and general management of all employees on the project
• Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and staff
• Monitoring project budget
• Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
• Allocating resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Good in interpersonal skills and can relate well with all levels in the organization
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required
• Willing to be assigned in different project sites
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Adept in MS Office programs and online meeting platforms
• Experience in supervising construction projects
• Preferably with Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training
