Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
May oversee work activities of other supervisors
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Establish credibility with clients to enhance client outcomes (e.g., knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries, marketspecific information, best practices)
Demonstrate understanding of client business requirements to ensure that their needs are being met
Serve as liaison between client and internal business leaders to ensure mutual understanding of needs and clear expectations by all stakeholders
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
College graduate
10 years work experience in BPO. Preferably Contact Center process
At least 3 years as a manager with experience managing at least 100 headcount span
Willing to work in Makati on an RTO set-up
US Shift Schedule with weekend shift
