Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors life cycle of new and existing products
Oversees development of competitive insurance products
Conducts feasibility study, cost/ benefit analysis and risk assessment on new products
Initiates product development efforts to deliver value added services to members
Recommends new product opportunities and enhancements to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends
Coordinates with other offices to ensure timely implementation of products and proper compliance to government standard regulations
Establishes and maintains processes for management of product/service requirements throughout their life cycle
Handles annual insurance product review and ensure its capability to meet members' needs
Oversees daily work and activities of staff
Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any business related course
Preferably with MBA or related post-graduate degree
With 2-4 years related working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knows how to prepare concept papers and develop Life Insurance Plans
