Responsibilities:- * Perform onboarding procedures including contract administration, coordinate induction / briefing / training, issue work tools * Performance review and disciplinary matters * Execute associate retention and welfare activities * Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment * Ensuring Associates are complying with clients guidelines on annual leave and that all the holiday requests have received the correct approvals * Implementing the overall direction, coordination and performance evaluation of the Associates * Providing timely feedback to and dealing with disciplinary action concerning the Associates * Operational point of contact and On-site presence (scheduled / unscheduled) as and when appropriate * Responsible for fulfilling all management information reporting requests by client * Create and maintain systematic documentation and records * Provide accurate and timely pay / bill information * Managing invoicing process to ensure timely AR collections * Supervising the activities of the On-Site Support Team and act as the Contractor's point of contact * Support in development and execution of Client Business Plan ** Interested individuals, please click APPLY button.
