Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that general and subsidiary ledger balances are reconciled
Checks and monitors completeness of transactions in the loan and premium subsidiary ledger
Maintains coordination with external auditors and the Insurance Commission in compliance with reportorial requirements
Oversees daily work and activities of staff
Perform other related functions as directed by superior

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, with CPA license
Preferably with MBA or related post-graduate degree
With 2-4 years related working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
