Job Description
Manages individual performance of personnel assigned, including attendance, staff evaluations based on production and quality, disciplinary counseling and documentation
Provides additional support to review complex bills for nurse audit and high-dollar bills for advanced negotiation as identified in nurse audit queues and per internal negotiation protocol.
Participates in workflow evaluation, design and re-design to identify, analyze and resolve issues impacting productivity and workflow
Identifies opportunities to improve team efficiency and cost effectiveness
Develops and maintains resource materials for team
Expedites productivity to support and ensure timely Nurse Audit Review of complex HCFA and UB bills
Promotes continuous quality improvement, training and development of individuals and teams assigned
Identifies, develops, and manages relationships with various internal and external functional managers and clients
