SUPERVISOR | MARKET QUALITY ASSURANCE
Responsibilities
Manage Potential Customer Complaints and aid in the reduction of monetary claims
Establish Market Quality Information Systems
Promote and defend the interests of the S&W brand aligned with the core values that DMPL is espousing
Provide recommendations and quality updates to fresh management team through accurate and timely inspection report which could be a tool for critical decision making
Lead the execution of projects/programs identified by the management which is aimed at reducing wastage in the packing house
Qualification:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Experience in food manufacturing/Packing House Operations.
Exposure to pineapple operations an advantage.
