SUPERVISOR - LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
Responsibilities
Closely coordinates with the Fresh Fruit Logistics Transport and CY Operations Supervisor to ensure proper alignment on vessel schedule set base on the daily and pack plan alignment - this will be the basis of operation on the pull-in, pull-out of containers for positioning to assigned pack houses as well as delivery of container vans to the desired ports of departure.
Provides forecast volume to shipping lines, annual and 12 weeks rolling forecast. At the same time, provides plan and recommends weekly truck requirements against weekly forecast volume to truckers
Oversee vessel space reservations on all exportable shipment requirements to ensure proper loading and eliminate shut outs while maintaining the annual budgeted cost.
Ensures cost of delivery is within AOP budget
Qualification:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Exposure to pineapple operations an advantage.
