Job Title: Supervisor, IT Operations (TCF)Job Description - Supervisor will help the IT manager lead the team supporting the 4 sites 24/7. Attend site leadership meetings representing IT. Help IT manager on client meetings and audits.
- He will provide day-to-day supervision ensuring consistent management across all sites. This role will optimize resource allocation and enhance accountability.
- The supervisor will provide mentoring, training and performance feedback, promoting a more engaged and capable workforce while reducing turnover.
