Job Description
Lead the Finishing Works Section effectively, ensuring all work conducted is of high quality and compliant with regulatory standards.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Finishing Works Section, ensuring that the equipment is functioning in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Conducting regular safety inspections in collaboration with the facility manager and safety officer, identifying and addressing potential hazards, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Participating in inspections and site visits alongside the Safety Officer
Conducting thorough inspections of finished surfaces, fixtures, and installations to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and aesthetic requirements. This involves checking for defects, imperfections, and inconsistencies in materials,
Identifying and addressing any quality issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively. This may involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to rectify problems, implementing corrective measures, and establishing preve

Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Ability to adapt to a complex work environment.
Ability to lead and manage a team of cleaners effectively.
Ability to effectively manage third party vendors and contractors.
Adaptable and ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
