JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a partner in EH&S by formulating and administering EH&S plans and procedures including EH&S Program Management.
Has responsibility for multiple EH&S specialties. May perform tasks associated with Health / Safety and Environmental / Compliance.
Coordinates with business partners for EH&S concerns regarding facilities and employee practices.
May have responsibility for facilities and / or medical at a site. Organizes and maintains EH&S policies to achieve and maintain compliance with regulations.
Manages relationships across other specialized departments to achieve and maintain compliance with EH&S regulations and UTC requirements.
Supervises a team of EH&S support employees, achieving and maintaining day-to-day goals and objectives are met.
Makes changes to day-to-day activities, processes and programs to improve EH&S effectiveness.
Coordinates hourly staff, provides daily oversight and delegates work activities to supervise staff.
Reviews work product of staff to achieve and maintain the objectives are met.
Supervises coaching/training of employees on EHS programs to achieve and maintain that all practices and procedures are understood and followed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any engineering course
With at least 4 years of relevant experience
Preferably with experience in Manufacturing environment
Advanced knowledge in EHS Management System, OSH and DOLE BWC Standards
Can communicate effectively to internal and external customers
