Supervises the day-to-day activity of the Medical Bill Review group.

Ensures all targets are met per client expectations.
Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates the allocation of work.
Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve on-going issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
