Implements and monitors performance measurement activities at the Corporate, Service Group and Department Level
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Monitor the execution of agreed organization-wide, service group and departmental programs, tasks and deliverables within the set time frame
2. Consult with department heads to discuss possible performance metrics and strategies aligned with the Corporate Objectives of the year
3. Organize and provide relevant materials required to conduct annual planning sessions at the Nerve Center Group and BOD level
4. Provide assistance to department heads during planning sessions using a prescribed template
5. Establish and maintain the Company's financial model
6. Consolidate analysis and insights for the monthly/quarterly performance review reports of the Company
7. Maintain records related to performance management
8. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
Graduate of Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accountancy,Finance, or equivalent
With 1-2 years of work experience
With knowledge in finance and accounting
Highly analytical and data-driven
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
Spreadsheet/Database management
Ability to simplify complex information
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams
Confident to effectively interact with senior management
Impeccable project management and interpersonal skills
Realistic Job Preview: The Analytics and Performance Management Supervisor regularly updates performance dashboards and other monitoring files for viewing and use of both the top management and the frontline and other support personnel. From time to time, he or she also engages with the business lines to apprise them with their performance and provide analytical support in matters like research and business casing. At certain points within the year, he or she will be involved with the company's strategic planning process by helping update the company's financial model and by creating the management presentation for the consumption of the BOD.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
