Key responsibilities include: - Work in close collaboration with the Account Management leads across EY GDS locations to create and implement best in class operational procedures to drive consistency and enhance the service delivery and business operations standards - Define strategies to develop and enhance existing service offerings, revenue opportunities with plans in place including resource requirements, to ensure effective delivery of services - Liaise and work with region stakeholders, supervise the scoping of work requirements, review processes and ensure effective execution of service delivery - Motivate, coach, inspire, and train the team members on best ways and approach to serve the stakeholders as they attend to their business needs - Identify, evaluate and assess individual training and development areas for the team members and provide adequate support. Ensure the performance management processes are in place and embedded across the team - Build and maintain strong relationships with GDS clients/region stakeholders - Actively participate in governance calls with stakeholders and keep the leadership informed of the progress and health of client relationship - Actively contribute to improvements of the tools, systems and procedures used by the teams.
