management, budgeting, bookkeeping,
accounting, property and other related

Eligibility : Career Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility
Training : Sixteen (16) hours training in financial
management, accounting,
bookkeeping, budgeting, internal control or
other relevant trainings
1. Assist the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in directing and managing the operations of the Administrative Division.
2. Monitor and supervise the Property Officer and Budget Officer to ensure that targets are achieved.
3. Assist the Commission Head during hearings conducted in the House of Representatives and Senate in connection with the proposed budget.
4. Serve as Liaison Officer of the Commission to the Department of Budget and Management in connection with budgetary matters.
5. Acts as financial officer of the Commission and advises the Chairman, Commissioners, Directors and Division Chiefs on budgeting and financial officer.
6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
