Qualifications:
Male or Female
Must be an Engineering Graduate preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 2-4 year experience in building construction.
Has extensive experience in construction projects involving vertical or horizontal structures.
Subdivisions development
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledgeable in cost estimates, quantity survey & quality control
Conscientious in making progress reports
Proficient in plan evaluation & interpretation
Can work with minimum supervision
Honest, competent and a team player
