Five9 Subject Matter Expert (Network and Telecoms)<\/strong><\/p>
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Implement, troubleshoot and support the Five9 call center software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environment.<\/li>
Accurately document technical issues, escalations and customer interactions.<\/li>
Updates Knowledge Articles (Internal\/External)<\/li>
Diagnoses problems accurately and works to find appropriate solutions in a timely manner.<\/li>
Partner with Customers to optimize the Five9 call center software solution.<\/li>
Proactively do trend analysis in an attempt to offer preventative solutions and eliminate recurring problems.<\/li>
Will be cognizant of all known service outages and will maintain awareness of all maintenance \/ software product changes that could impact customers.<\/li>
Will work cross functionally in a customer facing capacity, and coordinate with internal organizations with Five9.<\/li>
Troubleshooting lead for highly escalated customers<\/li>
Review of common technical challenges encountered by Support so we can formulate training curriculums<\/li><\/ul>
Minimum Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>3 + years of related experience in Network and Telecoms<\/li>Deep Knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, VoIP and IVR applications. <\/li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)<\/li>Proficient in Windows Operating Systems<\/li>Background on local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems. <\/li>Background in Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, MPLS, QoS, RIP)<\/li>Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., SIP, FTP\/SFTP, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, EIGRP, WebRTC)<\/li>Troubleshooting experience on all voice services for all LAN and WAN hardware modules and configure appropriate communication media modules.
<\/li>Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools<\/li>CCNA or CCNP or equivalent training<\/li>Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and troubleshooting activities simultaneously. <\/li>Willingness to work varied hours based on business needs. <\/li>Experience working across cultures.

Pop in and have a coffee with teammates. <\/span><\/p>As a <\/span>Tier 1 NOC Technician<\/strong>, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving their technical issues related to networking, communication, and IT infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of network and communication systems.
You are a strong communicator, have experience working with end users, carriers, modems, switches, access points etc. <\/span><\/p>Own, triage, and resolve customer network (WAN\/LAN) related trouble tickets to successful completion. <\/span><\/li>Detection, tracking and restoration of customer's network connectivity via their data circuits and\/or equipment.
<\/span><\/li>Remotely troubleshoot and configure WAN equipment including routers, firewalls, switches, and load balancers from various vendors. <\/span><\/li>Engage, escalate, and work with carriers and other 3rd parties when needed as part of service restoral. <\/span><\/li>Participate on incident command bridges, hypercare, and major incidents when required.
<\/span><\/li>Understand and use network monitoring tools such as Zenoss or LogicMonitor to assist in troubleshooting or analyzing network issues and performance. <\/span><\/li>Converse with technical and non-technical contacts depending on the situation. <\/span><\/li>Perform effective ticket management including but not limited to queue management, timely ticket documentation, proper hand-off to other analysts, teams, 3rd parties, etc., communications to customers, ticket resolution.
