Duties and Responsibilities:
> Drive Subcon, NPI, NPD, Transfer, Value Engineering Projects using project management methodology;
> Work with Subcons in analyzing process and quality issues;
> Review corrective actions or effectiveness and ensure they are implemented and fanned out as needed;
> Coordinate with Subcons to get the needed support for Qualification and Engineering evaluations and other engineering activities;
> Responsible for cost reduction efforts related to process and BOM at Subcons, including Subcon-Internal or Subcon-Subcon transfers and vice-versa;
> Supports New Parts Loading and New Subcon qualifications;
> Responsible for products' initial health i.e. Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time;
> Safelaunch and Subcon accreditation audits.
